On the 1st of October we had an interview with Boì Antoin of Bonaire.TV for their weekly item Aktualidat. We talked about the history of coffee, the processing methods, the challenges of entrepreneurship, our small coffee roastery and the future. It was a nice conversation that ended with roasting some Brazilian coffee together and of course drinking a cup of coffee!
